COSCUP 2024/03 Update Report¶
The time has come to March 2024. Here are the ongoing initiatives by the COSCUP organizing team and important updates you shouldn't miss! Key topics of this issue: SCaLE21x, CfP, international engagement, volunteer recruitment.
SCaLE21x¶
At this moment, the COSCUP Engagement Team is participating in the booth activities (#232) at SCaLE21x in California. If you suddenly find yourself available and interested in joining, you can use these two discount codes Ticket Purchase: "7AMGW3ZNNC" and "COS50"!
In addition to producing flyers for distribution on-site, we've also created an online promotional material to balance the amount of information we want to convey. If you find other suitable occasions to introduce COSCUP to more people, feel free to use this page!
Call for Participation¶
Less than two days left until we close community participation recruitment. If you're willing to join us as a community partner for COSCUP 2024, you don't need to hesitate anymore. Apply now for a track organizer position or a community booth exposure opportunity!
This year, the secretary team will attempt to gradually draft a handbook based on participants' roles. You can refer to the handbook for relevant content and we warmly welcome your input and ideas!
Call for Volunteers¶
We continue to recruit volunteer partners for this year. If you want to participate in the preparation, please visit the volunteer.coscup.org to complete the recruitment process!
The current platform only supports Traditional Chinese content. The secretary team is currently working hard to complete the correction of the multilingual framework.
